Offering Description

Neurofeedback is a cutting-edge training that uses advanced technology to teach your brain how to function more efficiently. By giving real-time feedback on your brainwaves to your brain, neurofeedback can help your brain:

better regulate your emotions

reduce anxiety and depression symptoms

improve your cognitive performance

Imagine being able to stay calm and focused during a high-pressure presentation at work, or finally getting the good night’s sleep you’ve been craving. With neurofeedback, these benefits and more can be within your reach…and the best part about it? It’s completely non-invasive, drug-free, and painless, and has a success rate of over 80%.

Neurofeedback training is suitable for individuals of all ages, from children with ADHD to athletes looking to improve their performance. It has been used to successfully treat a wide range of conditions, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and sleep disorders.

If you are curious about the potential benefits of neurofeedback, try our Neurofeedback Trial Session*. It is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience and insights into this transformative process.

During the trial session, our primary goal is to familiarize you with neurofeedback training. It’s important to note that this trial is primarily for educational purposes, and that a single session is not expected to have lasting effects. It does serve as an excellent opportunity for you to explore neurofeedback to determine if you are comfortable with the process, the trainer, and how it aligns with your goals.

What can you expect?
The first 30 minutes of the trial session will be dedicated to getting to know you better, understanding your history and specific goals. It will also provide an overview of the neurofeedback process. We want you to feel comfortable and well-informed, and empower you to make an informed decision about continuing with the training.

For the next 45-60 minutes of the neurofeedback training session, you are seated comfortably in a private room in front of a monitor. Four small sensors placed on your head pick up brainwave activity. You then watch a video which delivers feedback through sights and sounds of the video. In addition, a teddy bear providing tactile feedback can be held. This is helpful for clients with visual impairment.

*Disclaimer : Should you choose not to proceed with the training after the 30-minute consult, 50% of the trial offer price will be charged to cover the consultation.

Neurofeedback is about training your brain to function better so you can manage your emotions and perform better mentally and physically.

Its origins date back to the 1960s, which led to the development of neurofeedback’s first use on humans in treating epilepsy.

Its potential was further discovered and developed to ease a variety of other conditions — anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and sleep disorders.

Space Connection to NASA

It’s no secret that NASA has been interested in neurofeedback’s ability to optimize brain performance since the early 1970s.

Long-duration spaceflight can cause attention and memory problems, and NASA is invested in finding ways to mitigate these effects. The space agency has also used neurofeedback for improving the visual perception of pilots and reducing motion sickness in astronauts — all part of its ongoing commitment in seeking innovative solutions to improve the health and performance of its astronauts.

Today, neurofeedback has practitioners and advocates worldwide. Athletes, musicians, scientists, CEOs, even students, anyone who desires to realize their personal best in cognitive performance and overall well-being, can benefit from neurofeedback training.

Most recently, neurofeedback has been used as a potential treatment for some of the neurological symptoms associated with long COVID, such as brain fog, cognitive impairment, and fatigue.

Neurofeedback Explained

Ripple Health is about guiding and educating anyone who wants better health. As we become healthy and radiate well-being, we set in motion a ripple of health that inspires others to follow. Only when we learn how to care for our health, will we learn how to care for the health of our planet.

Kim Lee, Founder of Ripple Health, certified Othmer Method Neurofeedback Practitioner, health coach, PSYCH-K® facilitator and eutaptics® practitioner, has a lifetime of interest and experience in science and energy healing, likely sparked by a near-death experience when she was 8 years old.

As a young adult working in the media, people began gravitating towards her for help and healing, and she began to experience some spontaneous abilities for it. She has explored various therapeutic modalities since she was 20 years old to better understand mind-body connections and health.

Kim delights in partnering with clients in person or remotely with distance techniques to help them realise their best selves, whatever their challenge or endeavour.

With neurofeedback, Kim was requested by Kg Senang Charity and Education Foundation to set up their Neurofeedback Learning Centre in 2012. She studied two different modalities for neurofeedback and was also requested to present at APNA, Asia Pacific Neuro-biofeedback Association in 2016.

Kim delights in partnering with clients in person or remotely with distance techniques to help them realise their best selves, whatever their challenge or endeavour.
