Astragalas (黄芪) – 100g | 15 portions
- 黄芪 (Huáng Qí): Astragalus L. (Fabaceae) : Tonify Qi, particularly the Qi of the spleen and lung meridians. This helps to enhance overall energy levels and combat fatigue. Improve immunity and resistance to external pathogens that can contribute to fatigue. As an adaptogen, it helps the body adapt to stress and promoting balance. Chronic stress is a common contributor to fatigue.

American Ginseng (西洋参) – 100g | 15 portions
- 西洋参 (Huā Qí Shēn): Panax Quinquefolius : Replenishing vital energy. It is particularly effective in addressing fatigue associated with Qi deficiency.
