What is a Bio-Plan?
A 3 to 6 month plan for one wellness goal, built around the traits that matter for it and delivered by a DNA-Trained Partner, who guides you through it and tracks your progress to the finish. You get it by buying the Partner's service in our marketplace, in Singapore for now.
A Bio-Plan is for wellness goals. It does not diagnose, treat or cure any condition.
Do I need a paid plan for a Bio-Plan?
No. A free account is enough to take a Bio-Plan from a Partner. A paid plan adds unlimited use of the AI Genie and Goal Plans.
Do I need a DNA test?
You need a DNA report in your Bio-Profile. Upload one you already have, or get tested with the Bio-Profile Kit or a test from our marketplace.
Not every report maps every trait, so a trait yours leaves out stays locked until you take a test that covers it.
What will my Partner see of my DNA?
Only the traits that matter for your goal, and only after you give consent. Your Partner never sees your full DNA report or trait list.
What if my Partner does not deliver?
You buy a Bio-Plan through our marketplace, so it is covered by our customer protection programme. We hold your Partner's payment until 30 days after the service is delivered.
Why does a Bio-Plan stay the same for its run?
So your progress is measured against one goal, from start to finish. It runs 3 to 6 months, and you keep the plan and its data.
When you reach the goal, you set the next one and get a new Bio-Plan, with the same Partner or another.
