We're ConnectingDNA Global Pte Ltd ("ConnectingDNA", "we", "us", "our"), a DNA-Wellness ecosystem that connects biological insights with trusted brands, personalised services, and AI-powered planning. We help wellness brands upgrade their offerings with genetic personalisation, without sequencing DNA ourselves. Our Genetic Multiplier Engine sits at the heart of it all: turning DNA traits into ranked, actionable, expert-delivered Bio-Plans.

Our AI companion (i.e. AI Genie) is your personal, privacy-first guide to understanding your genetic story and working out what to do with it. Throughout this policy, "AI Companion" and "AI Genie" refer to the same intelligent assistant built into our platform.

This policy applies to all users of:

• The ConnectingDNA website and mobile platforms
• Your Bio-Profile (your very own genetic HQ) and Bio-Plans (personalised solutions built around your genes by our ecosystem partners)
• Our wellness marketplace
• The B2B SaaS Vendor Portal
• Our AI Genie chatbot

By using any of our services, uploading a report (or letting one of our integrated DNA partners send yours to us with your consent), or interacting with our platform, you consent to this policy. If you don't agree, please don't upload your DNA report or check that consent box at checkout.

We may collect the following when you use our platform:

We don't collect your spit. Or blood. Or anything weird.

There are two ways your DNA report ends up in your Bio-Profile, and you're in charge of both:

Important: either way, your raw genetic data stays with the DNA testing brand. We only store the report and the traits we extract from it, and only after you've either uploaded it yourself or given consent at checkout for it to be shared with us. No consent, no transfer. Full stop.

We help match you with relevant products and services based on your genes, without revealing your actual data to vendors. All genetic trait matching happens inside our walls.

If you buy a DNA-designed product or service, and explicitly opt-in, then:

• Only the relevant genetic traits are shared with the vendor (e.g. your "Vitamin D deficiency" but not your "Sweet Tooth" gene).
• Vendors never get full access to your profile or identity via us.

Think of your Bio-Profile as your private genetic HQ.

It is where your DNA traits, health goals, and wellness data live quietly in one place, like your body's secret control room. Only you get the access card. No random vendor gets to wander in, press buttons, or discover that your genes have strong opinions about carbs.

When you buy a personalised service from one of our ecosystem partners, they may create a Bio-Plan for you. A Bio-Plan is a DNA-designed solution built around the parts of your genetic profile that actually matter for that service. For example:

• A nutrition plan your genes are less likely to argue with.
• A fitness programme your body does not secretly hate.
• A skin treatment that understands your skin better than your bathroom mirror, which frankly has been judging you for years.

Before any partner creates your Bio-Plan, you will be asked to give clear consent to share only the relevant genetic traits from your Bio-Profile.

And by relevant, we mean only the traits needed for the outcome you requested. Nothing extra. No full DNA backstage tour. No "while we're here, let's peek at everything" nonsense.

The partner sees only what you approve, only for that specific purpose, and never your full Bio-Profile.

When a DNA report or any personal info reaches us, whether you upload it yourself or it arrives directly from an integrated DNA partner under your consent at checkout:

• We extract relevant traits into your dashboard.
• We create a fun, insightful "DNA Story" tailored to you.
• We recommend products and services that suit your genes (without exposing them).
• We allow you to chat with your personal AI Genie for advice.
• We help vendors create DNA-based plans, but only when you request it.

We will never use your genetic data for:

• Selling to third-party advertisers.
• Research without your explicit opt-in.
• Creepy surveillance or government tracking.

Our AI Companion, also known as your AI Genie, is basically your genetic therapist, without judgment or gossip.

We take your privacy seriously. Here's how we protect you:

We only share your data in two scenarios:

A. You use it to get service recommendations. Vendors don't see your personal data. We act as the in-between, matching your traits to solutions. The flow is strictly one-way. Vendors can't peek behind the curtain.

B. You purchase a DNA-designed service. When you buy a personalised service (e.g. fitness plan, nutrition, skin treatment), and you opt-in, we share only the relevant traits needed to personalise your experience. The vendor never sees your full profile.

We may use your data to:

• Send you helpful emails about your health, DNA traits, and rewards.
• Let you know about new features, offers, or limited-edition merch.
• Share memes and DNA-related fun (optional, but recommended).

You can unsubscribe any time via the email footer. No hurt feelings.

Yes, we use cookies. Not the warm chocolate chip kind. The website kind:

• For remembering your login
• For analytics and performance
• To improve our service

You can block cookies via your browser. Just know that some features might feel a little... forgetful.

You can at any time:

• Access the data you've provided
• Ask us to delete your data (we'll comply fast)
• Revoke permission to use it for personalisation
• Export your data

To do any of the above, email hello@connectingdna.com. We'll respond within 5 working days.

If you're a wellness vendor using our SaaS tool:

• Your clients' data is visible to you only if they consent
• You must comply with all applicable privacy laws
• You are not allowed to export, sell, or misuse their data
• You may brand the reports with your logo and style, but the core data always stays protected

Violations will result in immediate suspension. Be careful.

We store your data until:

• You delete your account
• You request deletion
• We discontinue the service

After deletion, your data is scrubbed from our system unless retention is legally required.

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make big changes, we'll let you know with a friendly (and possibly funny) update.
